IT Services Request

This page is designed to submit requests for our Security IT Services. At RSS we are here to assist other vendors with their IT needs for Access Control, Cameras, Home Automation, and general IT services. Please fill out the following required fields and we will reach out via email with the next steps for submitting payment. With the information you provide, RSS  will preprogram a firewall to be shipped to your desired location for immediate implementation. We have two options available for programmed firewalls: self managed and managed services. The programmed firewalls are $160 per unit. The cost of the firewall includes the cost of the materials, programming, & initial remote support. If you opt for managed services where RSS provides basic remote support for the life of the equipment, the cost is $26/month. If you are a provider with multiple sites, we can offer a monthly bulk account service plan for 20+ locations. This service plan will be $265/month for 20 - 60 sites. For 60+ sites, the monthly bulk plan would be $585/month. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have!
